It just doesn't seem fair...

Today they have cancelled school here in Kansas City because of the snow. But we only got a few inches. I remember when I was a kid waking up to my alarm and praying they would call a snow day. They never did. I remember my Mom having to drive me to Churchill in practically a blizzard and saying a prayer that we don't die on the way. I remember sitting on that stupid corner in the snow waiting for the bus that was hopelessly late again. I remember David Smart crashing their new Rav-4 on the way to school because of the snow. How is it that people in Utah can manage in the snow but the people in flat land Kansas need the day off? It's a conspiracy I tell you!

memories...memories. They did cancel school one day at churchill. I think we had 5-6 feet of snow! and the school buses didn't have a chane. good times and snowball fights. Do you remember the sub bus driver accidentally went on the weston ramp instead of east. funnny.
