Spring Break? Hmm...I don't think so.

Well, I just had the busiest week!!! It really wasn't much of a break. I can't seem to get much done when the kids are home from school. I had all these plans to finish up my homework, I had two weeks to do it and all. Nope, didn't get done. It's due tonight at midnight and here I am not working on it. Procrastination!!

Here is a rundown of this weeks events:
1. Went hiking around Hillsdale Lake with my friend Mel.
2. I cleaned and then I cleaned some more. (9am-9pm, I'm not kidding.)
3. Colored Easter Eggs, again with Mel.
4. My Mom and Dad came to visit!!
5. Easter Egg hunt hosted by Mel.
6. Dinner at Cheesecake Factory, Yummy! (And the waiter looked like Heath Ledger, OW!!!) 7. Disney's Princess' on Ice at the new Sprint Center in KCMO. It was so fun! We dressed my daughter up as Cinderella complete with a wig. I think I enjoyed the show more than she did. When Prince Phillip kissed Sleeping Beauty I yelled "Wooooooo!!!!" and my Mom gave me this "what are you doing?" look. I laughed and yelled some more. It was soooooooooooooooo fun. (My sister, Lisa, went a few weeks ago in Salt Lake. I told her to mention it to our Mom so when I asked Mom about it, she would have a reference point. Well, being the cool person that she is, Lisa emailed mom some pictures and suggested that maybe we should all go when it was in KC. Then Mom brought it up to me, I didn't even have to ask! Good Job Lisa! It totally worked!)
8. I actually went to church. My friend Donnica was teasing me that I only go to church when my parents visit. She is totally right. Mel laughs and says in most other religions, I would be considered active because I attend at Easter and Christmas. I listened to one of the special sister's in my Ward talk about her going to the Conference Center for General Conference like it was the '60s and she was going to a Beatles Concert. Hee, hee, she is really excited.
