Another List?

Yeah, deal with it.

1. My husbands buddy called this morning at 5:45. He gets up that early to go to work, he just called to chat. My husband talked to him like normal and then came back to bed. Weird. If anyone called me that early, SOMEONE BETTER BE FREAKIN DEAD.
2. I have gone to eat lunch with my daughter four times, and my son 2 times. They think I go to see them. Really, I go because I LOVE school cafeteria food. Yum, yum. It must be all the love those fat ugly lunch ladies make the food with.
3. So, my whole family got together in Utah last weekend and this weekend. Everyone but me:(
4. I asked my husband to pick up a little bit in the living room. He ended up picking up, vacuuming, AND he cleaned out the whole garage so as now we can actually fit two cars in our two car garage. I wonder what he would do if I asked him to clean the bathroom?
5. I loaned my friend my DVD of Howl's Moving Castle because I found out she had read the book over the summer. It's Studio Ghibli, Japanese Anime. It is awesome and my most favorite movie ever. Most people think Japanese anime is weird, so I was happy for the chance to share this movie with her. I have a small collection of Studio Ghibli movies. I also recommend, Spirited Away, and My Neighbor Totoro.
   
6. Can anyone enlighten me on how to use the self cleaning feature on my oven? I'm too lazy to find my owner's manual.
7. My friend Donnica gave me a Pumpkin Pancake recipe and it was delish.

2 cups biscuit/baking mix

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon

2 eggs

1 can evaporated milk (I used whole milk and it turned out fine)

1/2 cup cooked or canned pumpkin

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a bowl, combine the baking mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon. In another bowl, combine the eggs, milk, pumpkin, oil and vanilla; stir into the dry ingredients and mix well.
