Cool!!!

So I just looked at my own profile and it has been looked at 7 times already since I did this. I looked at it 5 times so that means 2 people I don't even know have looked at me already. Weird! I guess I better come up with something cool to write about. How about my obsession with elongated pennies? What?? You ask. Yeah you know smashed pennies? At first I was content just running into the random machine and putting in my quarters and penny. Then if I was going somewhere say Minnesota to visit my parents, I would search for the shinniest pennys and have massive amounts of quarters at the ready. Then I found out there was a website. Maybe you have heard of it? Pennycollector.Com? I can track down every registered penny machine in the world!! Yes! I said world! Who knew they smashed pennies in Ireland or Guam?
So now I plan outings just to get smashed pennies. I dragged my husband down to southwestern Missouri to the Precious Moments Chapel just for the pennies! Oh, okay! I took a bunch of pictures too. It was a long drive and he was a good sport. But then purely by accident, I found out you can buy elongated pennies on ebay!!! Just today in the mail I got a penny that says Operation Iraqi Freedom. How awesome is that? My husband totally got mad because he thought I was using the credit card to buy all these pennies. I was all like "What idiot would use their credit card to buy something that cost less than $3?" I use pocket change and send it in cash through the mail! Leave it to me to be addicted to buying something that cost much more to ship than to buy. Oh well. It is the simple things in life that make us happy right?
