February List

  • It's Friday. I have nothing to do. Well, that's not true. I could toil around the house, but that is not fun.
  • I have finally figured out how to solve those Sodoku puzzles. Yep, you're absolutely right, I'm a genius.
  • My little boy has started coming in my room in the middle of the night and sleeping on the floor next to my bed. I kind of like it. I have started making a little bed on the floor, and if I wake up in the night and he is not there, I get kind of disappointed.
  • Every night before she goes to sleep, my daughter gives me a list of instructions: If I get sick, come take care of me, k? And when you take care of me when I get sick, let me sleep on the couch, k? And if I get scared about something, or I need to tell you about something, I will come talk to you, k?
  • Probably, you know this already. I got a 99% on a Accounting 2 test, a 100% on my Microeconomics test, and a 90% with a Good written on top, on my US History after 1877 test.
  • Do any of you read Nie? I check her blog everyday with anticipation. She makes me smile and breaks my heart at the same time.
  • My good friend, The Professor, a.k.a Melanie, has been taking class up at the college at the same time as me on Saturdays. We have been carpooling. Really, I have done every step of this whole college thing all by my lonesome. It's fun to be with my friend for a change. After class, we go to her office and I wait and crack jokes while she does something all professor-y, like print syllabuses and stuff. When we are done doing that tomorrow, we are going to Sam's Club! Yea!
  • I got a rice steamer for Valentines day! It is Ahhhhh-some!!! Here let's add a few more exclamations for added emphasis!!!! I opened the steamer after it was done and I was overcome with excitement. I cheered. Heck yes, I did! I clapped and giggled and jumped up and down. No, I really did. Ask my husband.
  • Do any of you watch LOST on ABC, Wednesday nights at 8pm? I do. I hate John Lock, and Jack. I like Benjamin Linus (a total genius of a character), I LOVE Desmond, and I cried when Charlie died. I tried not to be into this show. It has way to much yelling and people getting shot for my tastes, but I can't help it. This show makes you think. It's like putting together a puzzle. Nothing makes sense until like 3 seasons later. It's all trippy weird sometimes. Most of the time. No, all the time. I hate Lost! No, I love Lost. No! Hate it! Dahhh! Okay, I love it. Right now it's the only non-Office, 30 Rock, or Vh-1 trash show I follow.
  • Oh yeah, I was supposed to do more love letters cause it's February or something like that. Well, I'm not feeling it anymore. You are just gonna have to deal wit it. (H left off intentionally)

I LOVE LOST!! I've roped Dallon into watching it with me but he hasn't watched it from the beginning. He'll tell you it's Gilligan's Island on PCP. I really love that show, I just wish I could sit down and watch the rest of this season and next all at once already.

Come on, Hurley is the MAN! I cried when Charlie died too, and was excited he returned as a ghost. What is the deal with Claire dumping her baby in the jungle? And, is Jack's dad Jacob or just a toadie? Some many questions, so few answers!

Well, I'd have to agree that Hurley is quite awesome.

I love Lost! I wonder if there is a support group for Lost watchers! Oh my how I love to hate this show.

We should have a Lost discussion some time. :)

Happy New Year

Every night at around 8pm, I announce, " K, it's time for bed !"  and my 8 yr old (who we now consider to be autistic) ...
