I was assigned by my Microeconomics teacher to watch the Superbowl commercials. This assignment is worth 5 points. What Superbowl Commercials have to do with economics, I'm not sure. But I make it a habit to get all the points I can get. Just seems like I get more A's that way. Funny how that works out, but anyway, because I had to watch the commercials, I paid next to no attention to the football for the entire first half. The commercials this year, I think, were better than they have been for awhile. Did anyone see the McGruber/Pepsuber commercial? Funny. I also wonder who thought it was a good idea to have Bruce Springsteen to do the half time show. Can you say LAME?? Yeah, I said it. The Boss is Lame, Lame-O, the Lamest. I was born to hate Bruce Springsteen, I mean, his name doesn't even rhyme with Boss. (Mine does)Then I ignored the whole of the third quarter, commercials and all. After putting the kids to bed, I sat down to watch the fourth quarter and I have to say it was quite magnificent all around. Man, I just want to say that those Steelers are scary. They definitely meant business. I'm really excited for the pro-bowl next week. Then it's all over.

Football may be over, but college basketball is in full swing!!!!!
That sounds kinda like my experience with the super bowl. But I didn't get any college credit or anything. I chatted with my mom and sister during the first and third quarter, and slept through the second. I watched the fourth, and it WAS pretty cool. I was kinda rootin' for the Cardinals though. Poor little things.
ha ha ha! Bruce Springstein! I didn't think it was that bad but I'm not a fan either. Did you see when he slid on his knees and over shot it and ran right into the camera! LOL! DVR is the best! i think we watched it like 10 times!!! Hahhaahahaha! What a loser...I kind of felt sorry for him....no wait. I didn't. It was funny!
